Jordan de Lima joined Manchester Tank as President in 2023. Prior to joining the company, Jordan spent more than a decade working with global consulting firms supporting many notable clients across multiple industries, with an emphasis on manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure. Jordan amassed a portfolio for delivering sustainable improvements in key performance areas, creating synergies and efficiencies in operations, modifying management behavior, and advancing productivity.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, visiting new places, and tending to their farm in rural Ontario.
Brad has served in the Finance Department at Manchester Tank for five years, and the greater McWane Corporation for more than 10 years. Prior to his time with McWane, Brad spent five years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing a wide variety of clients.
Brad graduated from Samford University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He went on to earn a Master of Accountancy from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently an active Certified Public Accountant.
Brad and his wife, Elena, have been married for 15 years and have three children (Lila, Sam, and Charlotte). In his free time, Brad enjoys experiencing new cultures, hiking, and fishing.
Frank is a 40-plus-year veteran of the propane industry having worked in his family business, Lane Butane, and AmeriGas prior to joining Manchester in 2002. While at Manchester he served as regional sales manager for the southeast and Director of R&D/QC before assuming his current role in 2019.
Frank is a graduate of The University of Alabama and participated for many years with the Alabama Propane Gas Association, holding several offices including President of APGA. He currently serves with NPGA on the TS&S Committee and acts as a Manchester liaison for many technical groups in the industry.
He and his wife Lisa married in 1987 and live in Brentwood, TN.
Gretchen Easton joined the McWane Human Resources team in 2016. Gretchen partners with Manchester Tank’s leadership and Human Resources team to develop and strengthen our business through key HR objectives and deliverables.
Gretchen brings more than twenty years of experience in a wide variety of human resources functions, including generalist duties, learning and development, labor relations and training. Her prior work experience includes leading human resource activities for MillerCoors LLC in North Carolina as well as other manufacturing companies, including Visteon Corporation (formerly Ford Motor Company).
Gretchen has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in HR management.
Corrie Eifert serves as the Senior General Manager – US Operations. Corrie joined Manchester Tank in 2015 and has 25 years of engineering and plant operations experience throughout multiple industries ranging from automotive, agricultural, and light industrial. During his career, Corrie has helped launch many large-scale projects for multiple facilities in the United States, Mexico, Asia, and Europe.
Corrie graduated from Western Illinois University where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Corrie and his wife Danielle live in Camp Point, Illinois with their son and daughter and enjoy working outside, camping and motor sports.
Ken Woods serves as the Senior General Manager – International Operations of Manchester Tank located in Echuca, Australia. Mr. Woods is responsible for all of the company’s Australian operations and activities in Asia.
Mr. Woods has been with Manchester Tank for the last 23 years and has held the positions of Production Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager for the past 9 years.
Mr. Woods is current Board Member of Gas Energy Australia.
Lesley Shorter has been the Marketing & Communications Manager for Manchester Tank since 2007. She started her career at Manchester Tank in 1999, serving in the customer service department.
Lesley brings over twenty years of industry experience and is focused on growth and increased brand awareness. She’s directly responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing programs for the entire organization’s business activities.
Lesley graduated from Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing. She lives in Murfreesboro, TN with her husband and is the mother of three adult children. In her free time, Lesley enjoys travelling and cheering on the University of Tennessee Volunteers.
