Manchester Tank Announces Price Increases on Select Steel and Aluminum Product Families

Manchester Tank announces price increases on the following steel and aluminum products:
- Aluminum Forklift Cylinders will increase 15%
- ASME Air Receivers will increase up to 15%
- DOT and ASME Steel Pressure Vessels, including Steel Forklift, 420# Vertical LP Tanks and Refillable Refrigerant Cylinders will increase up to 15%
- All Horizontal Domestic LP Gas Tanks for Aboveground, Underground and AG-UG applications will increase 8%
Changes on 420# Vertical LP Steel Pressure Vessels and Horizontal Domestic LP Tanks are effective immediately on all new orders and all existing orders shipped on or after June 1, 2022, or as contracts allow.
Changes on Aluminum Forklift, ASME Air Receivers, Steel Forklift, and 5/10/11# product families are effective immediately on all new orders and all existing orders shipped on or after May 1, 2022, or as contracts allow.
“We continue to experience significant inflation and volatility in raw materials, components, and other market-driven input costs such as labor and transportation,” stated Brendan Dillmann, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Manchester Tank. “We have remained diligent in our efforts to absorb as many of these increases as possible. We will continue to monitor our input costs closely and adjust prices for impacted product families as needed going forward.”
