Manchester Tank Announces Additional Price Increases on Select Coil & Plate Steel Product Families

Franklin, TN — March 12, 2021.

 Today Manchester Tank announces the following price increases:

• Up to 12% on the following coil steel product families: All DOT and ASME Steel Propane Cylinders.
• Up to 8% on the following plate steel product families: All Horizontal Domestic LP Gas Tanks for Aboveground, Underground and AG-UG applications.

Changes are effective immediately with all new orders received on or after March 12^th, or as contracts allow.

“Steel pricing and input costs remain extremely volatile.  In particular, coil and plate steel prices continue to increase at rapid and unprecedented levels resulting in the need for further price increases incremental to those announced in January.”, said Brendan Dillmann, Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Manchester Tank. “We will continue to monitor the steel markets closely and adjust prices for impacted product families as needed going forward.”
