  • Robert M. Graumann

    President

    Robert Graumann serves as the President of Manchester Tank. Mr. Graumann joined Manchester Tank in September 2012.

    Mr. Graumann brings over 20 years of business management and manufacturing experience, successful execution in strategic planning, product development, operations management, and growth of new & existing businesses.

    Mr. Graumann is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He also holds Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Engineering degrees from the Kellogg and McCormick schools respectively at Northwestern University.

    Mr. Graumann lives in Franklin, TN. He enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and two children.

  • Nancy Chamblee

    Vice President, Finance

    Nancy Chamblee serves as the Vice President of Finance for Manchester.

    Mrs. Chamblee joined the team in July 2014 and is responsible for providing financial leadership to support the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives, while overseeing the controllership, accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, credit and information technology groups.

    Mrs. Chamblee has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.

    Mrs. Chamblee and her husband have 2 children and live in Franklin, Tennessee.

  • Brendan Dillmann

    Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

    Brendan Dillmann serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Manchester Tank. Mr. Dillmann joined Manchester Tank in 2014 and has more than 20 years of industrial manufacturing and distribution experience working in various commercial roles including sales, marketing, strategy, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions and international business development.

    Mr. Dillmann graduated from The University of Notre Dame where he earned a dual degree in Finance and Sociology. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Marquette University. He continued his formal professional development at Northwestern where he earned an Executive Development Degree in 2003.  

    Mr. Dillmann enjoys spending time with his family and a variety of sporting activities. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and daughter. 

  • Tom Schilson

    Vice President, Operations

    Tom Schilson serves as Vice President of the North American Operations of Manchester Tank. Mr. Schilson joined Manchester Tank in 2008 and brings over twenty years of operating experience with him, including manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, engineering, safety, quality control and general management.

    Mr. Schilson is a graduate of MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in science. His education also includes postgraduate coursework in Finance from University of Chicago, Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan and Daimler University Black Belt program decision making and problem solving.

    Mr. Schilson is married with three children and one grandson. He and his wife currently live in Franklin, Tennessee.

  • Scott Viebranz

    Vice President, Sales

    Scott Viebranz is Vice President, Sales for North America.

    Mr. Viebranz joined Manchester Tank in 2010 and brings broad experience in Sales, Sales Management and Human Resources with global consumer products, distribution and due diligence companies.

    Mr. Viebranz is a graduate of Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in English.

    Mr. Viebranz lives in Nashville, Tennessee and is married with two children.

  • Jessica Tomlin

    VP, Human Resources

    Jessica Tomlin has served as Human Resources Director for Manchester Tank since March of 2016.

    Mrs. Tomlin has over 14 years of progressive Human Resources experience in various industries including the banking industry, insurance, telecommunications, CPG (consumer packaged goods), and DoD contractor experience.

    Jessica graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky with a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is also a graduate of Henderson State University with a B.A. in Psychology. 

  • Ken Woods

    General Manager, Australia

    Ken Woods serves as the General Manager of Manchester Tank located in Echuca, Australia. Mr. Woods is responsible for all of the company’s Australian operations and activities in Asia.

    Mr. Woods has been with Manchester Tank for the last 23 years and has held the positions of Production Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager for the past 9 years.

    Mr. Woods is current Board Member of Gas Energy Australia.  

  • Alessandro Bottino

    Managing Director, Latin America

    Alessandro Bottino serves as Managing Director of Manchester Tank Latin America. He is responsible for all of the company’s operations in Chile as well as its activities across the rest of Latin America.

    Mr. Bottino joined Manchester Tank in 2013 and has more than 20 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing and distribution industry, including sales, strategic planning, operations, continuous improvement and project management.

    A native of Torino, Italy, Mr. Bottino completed his studies at the Universitá Commerciale L. Bocconi of Milano, Italy, majoring in Economics and Business Administration. He speaks Spanish, French and fluent English.
